We make bean to bar chocolate. All of our chocolate is sustainably sourced & grown. We offer boutique dark chocolate bars in five styles ranging from 76% to 100%. We also make dairy free coconut milk and white chocolate for our hand rolled truffles that you can find at our Farmer's Markets. We never use lecithin, nuts or soy of any kind in our chocolate. We like to keep it simple and pure.
Each batch is a unique blend of the finest ingredients possible. Our current focus is on single origin batches that highlight the cacao of a select region and its unique flavor profile. Our exclusive chocolate is limited.
